Return & Cancellations Policy

At Fragrance Coffer, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have a clear policy to handle returns and cancellations fairly.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at fragrancecoffer@gmail.com or +91 75248 99781.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead choose to return the product (if eligible) once it is delivered.
  • Fragrance Coffer reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all tags, seals, boxes, and accessories.
  • Products that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (wrong item delivered) are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for all return requests.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or tested fragrances and perfumes.
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Step 1: Email us at fragrancecoffer@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (especially if damaged or incorrect).
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
  • Step 3: Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back, or we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), return shipping is free.
  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. Fragrance Coffer is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Replacements

Where available, you may opt for a replacement of the same product instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
