1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.
  • If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will reach out to suggest alternatives or process a refund.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale periods, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen events, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Other locations and remote areas: 5-10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value or during promotional offers. Such offers will be clearly mentioned on the Website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.
  • If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
  • If you discover damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fragrancecoffer@gmail.com with photos and your order ID.
  • In the rare case that your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and PIN code provided at checkout are accurate. Fragrance Coffer is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We will update this policy when international delivery becomes available.
