Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds are processed at Fragrance Coffer once a return or cancellation has been approved. Please read this together with our Return & Cancellations Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued when:

  • Your return request has been approved as per our Return & Cancellations Policy.
  • Your order has been cancelled by us or by you before dispatch.
  • The product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, and is being returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are typically credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where applicable, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide.

3. Refund Amount

  • The refund will include the full product price.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
  • Any applicable discount or promotional value used at the time of purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment app statement again.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary.
  • If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at fragrancecoffer@gmail.com and we will assist you.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product returned in used, opened, or damaged condition (when not caused by us).
  • Return requests raised after the 7-day window.
  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
