Refund and return will only apply if the product got damaged or the wrong product was delivered during shipping. Make a video while opening every purchase it was the only proof that you have got damaged or the wrong item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a video during box opening.
Please do not send your purchase back until we confirm.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If you’ve paid the ₹150 COD confirmation amount and choose not to accept your order, or if it is returned for any reason, the ₹150 will be Non-refundable
Refunds

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit certificate will be mailed to you.which is valid for 1 year.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
